What an amazing trip! From the moment we arrived to our ridehome, Noah's thought about every detail and attempted to anticipate every need! The guides where some of the hardest working, knowledgeable, funny and thoughtful people that I have met in the service industry. We had a wide range of ages, from early teen to 70's and the trip was perfect for them all. All of the gear, from boats and kayaks to the tents and cots, were in such great condition - I felt spoiled the whole time! The food was amazing, from breakfast in the morning to the amazing meals with ice cream on day 2!! The scenery on the Wild and Scenic is breathtaking, the knowledge and hikes that we got to experience was awesome! I could not recommend this trip more, I would do it every year or more if I could. Thank you Noah's and all the guides that made this an experience that I will never forget!

Noah's provided us with a camping/lodge trip for my 50th birthday, and it was amazing! All 21 of us on the trip had a great time. We especially enjoyed the interaction with the guides and the quality of the food provided. The camping gear and rafting equipment were top-notch. This is a must-do trip that I can't recommend more highly!

Noah's Rafting Guides are top notch! They guided us through rapids with skill and confidence while allowing the fun of the adventure seek through. We celebrated a 50th Birthday on the River with a group of 21 friends and family (from kids to grandparents) and everyone in our group can't wait to return. Thank you Tilly, James, T-Bo, Tessa, Ben and Trenton for a trip of a Lifetime!

This entire experience was outstanding, from the booking process all the way through the camping/rafting trip itself. This company really is exceptional & I can't wait to enjoy a future trip with them. Hugh does a fantastic job of communicating with his customers and making sure the process is smooth. Launch day was very informative. Safety is a big priority with this company and we certainly appreciated the extra care this team took to ensure that. When it came to the river guides themselves, there was no doubt this company employs the absolute A TEAM ! Very professional and very fun crew! They truly treat you like royalty!

What a wild and beautiful experience with Noah's Wilderness Adventures! My daughter and 3 grandsons (ages 9-12) and I had a trip of lifetime filled with forever memories. Hugh was very attentive to my concerns about my grandsons' safety, as well the very experienced and knowledgeable guides. We ate and were treated like royalty, my grandsons kayaked the rapids and we were enveloped in spectacular scenery, all the while learning the history of this scenic river. I couldn't recommend Noah's experience higher. Thank you!

  • Rafters: 8:30 a.m.
  • Hikers & Fishermen: 8:00 a.m.

Owner Hugh Hague will help you pack your personal belongings into dry bags. After securing your vehicle, we'll transport you and your gear 6–8 miles downriver to the starting point.

A detailed pack list will be emailed to you upon reservation. The key rules:

  • All clothing and personal items should fit in a bag no larger than a backpack (max 25 lbs)
  • Wear fast-drying synthetic fabrics — avoid cotton (jeans, sweatshirts)
  • Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a wide-brim hat, and rain gear
  • Fishermen: don't forget your Oregon fishing license
  • Bring medications in two separate waterproof containers

We provide two dry bags — one large bag for your gear and one smaller day bag for items you need on the water.

Summer daytime temperatures typically reach the 80s and 90s°F with water temps in the 60–70°F range. Early season and fall fishing trips see daytime temps in the 50s–80s°F, with mornings and evenings dipping into the 40s.

Blue skies are common, but rain can happen anytime — always bring rain gear. Sunburn on the river happens fast, so sun protection is essential.

We feed you from lunch on day one through lunch on the last day. Lunches are deli-style build-your-own with breads, meats, cheeses, salads, fruits, and desserts. Breakfasts and dinners are full-course, all-you-can-eat meals served family style.

Sodas, iced tea, lemonade, and bottled water are provided throughout. You're welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or other beverages (aluminum/plastic containers only — no glass). Vegetarian options are always available. Let us know about any dietary restrictions in advance.

In most cases, no. Please inform our staff before the trip of any medical conditions, allergies (bee stings, hay fever, asthma), recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special dietary needs.

Bring medications in two separate waterproof containers. If you carry an EpiPen, keep it in your day bag. For unusual conditions or pregnancy, please consult your doctor and notify us in advance.

Rafting trips end at Foster Bar (approx. 2:00 p.m.), 6 miles upriver from Agness, OR.

3-day fishing trips end at Foster Bar at 3:00 p.m. 4-day fishing trips end at Quosatana Creek at 2:00 p.m. (14 miles upriver from Gold Beach).

A complimentary shuttle back to Morrison's Lodge is included — arrival approx. 4:30–5:00 p.m. If you'd like your vehicle shuttled to the coast instead, let us know in advance. Bring two sets of car keys. Shuttle cost is $135–$165 per vehicle depending on takeout location.

No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of your rafting trip (90 days for fishing trips) unless your spot is resold at full price. Cancellations before that window receive a full refund minus a $50 per person processing fee.

You may send a substitute in your place with advance notice. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at tripinsurance.com.

Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. If your guides went above and beyond, a gratuity of 12–18% of the trip cost is customary. Leave it with the head guide at the end of the trip — they share it with the full crew and support staff.
